For over two decades, Piers has been an integral part of numerous top-level motorsport organisations and manufacturer teams. Some of Piers' notable achievements include: Race Engineer for 2001 British Formula 3 Scholarship winning team; Chief Race Engineer for SEAT Sport UK, guiding SEAT to the 2006 BTCC Manufacturers' title; Team Manager/Technical Director of Strakka Racing, 2010 24 Hours of Le Mans LMP2 class winner; and Lead Race Engineer for Level 5 Motorsport, winner of the 2013 Team and Driver LMP2 titles.

JUSTIN VERDERBER - Digital Marketing Consultant
Justin began his career in the marketing and communications industry where he worked for some of the top agencies in London such as Imagination, Jack Morton and Young and Rubicam. He was involved in the digital revolution from its inception, setting up illusionfactor in 1992 to bring digital services to some of the world's biggest brands. Justin is now the CEO of Thread Group, a full service marketing communications agency that specialises in bringing technology products and companies to market.
PAUL MAY - MD Brabham Global Ltd.
Paul is a qualified accountant who has worked in a number of finance, operations and general management roles within the US Corporation, Avery Dennison. In 1999, he became Vice President and General Manager of their EMEA, Asia and Latin America Office Products businesses, based in Munich. He subsequently returned to the UK to set up his own business focusing on image transfer solutions and was MD of Snopake Ltd from 2007-2012. He is currently a business mentor for the Princes Trust and is chairman of the Elizabeth Creak Charitable Trust.
ALISTAIR COX - Non-Exec Director of Brabham Global
Alistair is the Chief Executive of Hays plc, the global specialist recruitment agency, and a Non Executive Director of 3i. Alistair brings a wealth of knowledge in both the business and engineering world, drawing on his degree and early career in Aeronautical Engineering, and senior management experience with a number of global organisations.

Her industry knowledge and experience of rebuilding the Brabham brand and ethos is only equal to the extensive media relations nurtured over the last two decades. A motorsport PR brand specialist, Emma brings valuable experience from working with international and
world-class clients across the sector.
CLAIRE SHEDDEN - Head of Finance
Claire has been part of the Brabham team for the last three years, managing the financial and operational sides of the business. A Certified Accountant, Claire has more than twenty years of experience in a finance and operational capacity in the financial services sector. Claire has worked in pure finance and operational roles, both managing large teams and working in a troubleshooting capacity to understand and improve processes.
JOHN AUCKLAND - Marketing Advisor
John is a published author and communications director who has been at the forefront of the social media revolution since its inception. His career began in the internal communications industry a decade ago, where he reached the top of his game in writing and developing team-building exercises for some of the world's biggest brands, before setting up his own marketing communications agency. John is now Communications Director for Thread Group and Head of Marketing for Brabham-Digital.
RICHARD LUCAS - Head of Digital Technical Strategy
Richard owned his first computer in 1980 and graduated in Computer Science in 1990. He has been a digital innovator since leaving the BBC's Interactive Television Unit in 1991. Richard has a passion for video and film production technology having delivered interactive graphics for feature films such as Goldeneye, Hellboy 2, The World is Not Enough, The Da Vinci Code, Fred Clause and United 93. Richard is currently a Director of a think tank on government Health Policy.
